Last night's ECW scored a 1.2 rating. Last week's two hours of RAW finished #3 and #4 behind Democratic debate coverage. WWE helped USA rank #1 among cable networks for the ninth week in a row. There are Smackdown spoilers from last night in Cleveland, OH.
