The RAW crew was in Winnipeg, MB today with La Resistance over William Regal/Coach to win the World Tag Team titles. Tomorrow night, RAW is live from Toronto, ON. Vince McMahon and Steve Austin's Best Damn Sports Show Period appearance is scheduled for Wednesday. New Jack announced at last night's IWA Mid South show that he has signed a contract with WWE, however that hasn't been confirmed from WWE's end. SLAM spoke to John Cena about which sports jersey will wear, his upcoming CD and recently finished film The Marine. Don Callis' newest column covers Ric Flair's return to Winnipeg, MB today on nearly the 19th anniversary of his legendary title vs. title match against Nick Bockwinkel. Abyss made a surprise return to TNA, attacking Jeff Hardy after his match. East Coast Wrestling Association announced their ninth annual Super 8 tournament to be held on April 9 in Newark, DE. WrestleReunion added Jake Roberts to their list of wrestlers appearing at their convention in Tampa, FL at the end of this month. Ring of Honor was in Cambridge, MA last night with Austin Aries over Colt Cabana, and a "non-sanctioned" confrontation between Samoa Joe and Mick Foley. The Montreal Wrestling Organisation honored Gino Brito during their debut show on Friday for his years of work in Quebec wrestling, however, in typical professional wrestling style, the ceremony was interrupted by heel Santino Italiano leading to Brito acting as a special guest referee later that night. Continental Championship Wrestling was in Dothan, AL last night with Jesse James Armstrong/Steve Armstrong over the Daultons. NWA Wildside held their TV taping last night in Cornelia, GA. World Pro Wrestling was in Canton, OH today with Billy Gunn over Buff Bagwell. 3PW was in Philadelphia, PA last night with Christopher Daniels retaining the title against AJ Styles, Chris Sabin and Slyk Wagner Brown. There were big problems at last night's 3PW show as owner Jasmin St. Claire wasn't in attendance for unknown reasons, leading to wrestlers not getting paid and booker Tod Gordon resigning. PWInsider spoke to Blue Meanie, who ended up running the show about the problems, and he explained St. Claire attempted to wire him money, but that he wasn't able to get it from Western Union in time, and that they would attempt to make good in the future.
